A889 Surfacing Schemes - REVISED Surfacing/Lining/Civils Works - 20th Aug. to 15th Sept 2023

The Community Council has now received REVISED details of the intended re-surfacing road works of the A889. These will still START on SUNDAY 20th AUGUST and work with traffic lights and a convoy system for the first 3 weeks. The final week of works (beginning 10th SEPTEMBER), the A889 will be closed each night between Catlodge and Dalwhinnie from 7pm to 6 am each night till 15th Sept and diversions via the A9 and A86.
Other road re-surfacing works through Dalwhinnie have been postponed and likely to be scheduled towards the end of October 2023.
