In an elevated, south facing position overlooking farmland and the River Pattack, this traditional farmhouse has a spacious interior with nicely proportioned rooms. Set in its own grounds above the road, the property is just over a mile from the sandy beach at Loch Laggan and other estate facilities and is within easy driving distance of the Cairngorm mountains and Creag Meagaidh Nature Reserve.

Ground Floor:  Sitting room with open fire, dining room, TV room, breakfast kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom

First Floor:  Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 3 twin rooms and family bathroom

Annexe:  Laundry area, 2 single bedrooms and shower room

Linen and towels provided. Electricity, oil fired central heating and logs for the open fire included.  Pets welcome for an additional charge.
